Summer Heart es una oportunidad de pasar seis dias en la Costa de la Luz limpiando y purificando el corazon en la estacion mas auspiciosa de acuerdo a la medicina china.  A traves de ejercicios y comida especifica, y el trabajo de soltar resistencias, moveremos hacia un corazon abierto de conexion fluido.  Haremos clases diarias de Kundalini y Hatha Yoga, Chi-Kung, silencio y circulos medicinales.  Tambien haremos Ecstatic Dance, masajes de Shiatsu en pareja y excursiones a la playa y spa natural de Las Salinas.  Es una oportunidad de disfrutar plenamente tus vacaciones y cuidarte, disfrutando la naturaleza, el mar, y la desconexion de la realidad virtual.  Relaja en el espacio bello de yoga en Espacio Kuatro, con el sonido de la naturaleza, a solo 10 minutos en coche de la playa.  Todas las actividades, desayuno y almuerzo incluido.

Summer Heart is an opportunity to spend six days on the Spanish Coast cleaning and purifying the heart organ in its most auspicious season according to Chinese medicine. Through specific exercises, food, and the release of unnecessary barriers, you will move towards an open, fluid heart connection. We’ll have a daily practice of Kundalini and Hatha yoga, Chi Kung, silence, and medicine circles. There will also be Exstatic Dance, Shiatsu massage in partners and outings to the beach and the Natural Salt Spa.  This is an opportunity to fully enjoy your vacation time and take care of yourself, enjoying nature, and the ocean, and disconnecting from virtual reality. Relaxing in the beautiful yoga space in Espacio Kuatro, with the sound of nature, and just a 10 minute drive to the beach. All of the activities, breakfast and lunch are included.
